Give you general advice on the
courses offered by the colleges and/or universities that we represent

Make recommendations, based on
your present qualifications and expected study level, as to which
establishment/s we believe would best suit your needs out of those we
represent

Provide all relevant
application forms and prospectuses

Submit via courier all
completed application forms to the colleges and/or universities on your
behalf

Inform you of the outcome of
any such application as and when informed by the relevant college and/or
university.

Upon admission, give you
advice on accommodation alternatives and tuition fee payment methods

Once you have made the
relevant tuition fee deposit or advance payment (directly to the college
or University) and are in a position to apply for a visa, we’ll give you
detailed advice on the visa process and help prepare you as much as
possible for the visa interview

Upon successful completion of
a visa interview, and should you wish, we’ll organise (at extra expense
and in close liaison with the college or University) a meet and greet
service.

Should you be refused a visa,
we will advise and give assistance on the submission of any appeal. We
reserve the right not to offer this service should we believe that the
visa has been correctly refused, or if you have submitted forged
documentation, or if we believe that you were not to be genuine student.

At all times give regular
feedback about your application and try to answer any queries you may have
within three working days of submission of the enquiry
